Regional Sales Manager

Location: Regional (Significant Travel Required)

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales performance and building strong client relationships? We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead a high-performing field sales operation within the Nestlé In-Market Model (NIM).


About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll work closely with the National Sales Manager and eight category teams to deliver outstanding commercial results. You'll take ownership of regional sales plans, lead and develop your team, and ensure KPIs are consistently achieved through effective execution and leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver agreed category sales plans and achieve KPIs within budget.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Executives to maximise performance.
  • Implement in-store interventions and drive regional activity plans.
  • Build strong relationships with Nestlé stakeholders and contribute to business development.
  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Manage regional budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience with strong coaching and development skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to adapt sales plans to market conditions.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to manage performance issues and resolve conflicts effectively.

Highly Desirable:

  • Previous experience in retail, FMCG, or sales.
